We're a small (but beautifully formed) web design business, based in Watford, UK. Much of the work we do comes from recommendations and word of mouth, and therefore many of our clients are based in Hertfordshire, London and the South East, but we have got clients across the UK. Being a small business, we understand small businesses. We like to try to earn clients' trust by charging as little as possible to remain profitable, but doing a bang-up job. We rely on building long term partnerships with clients, so it's in our interest to keep our clients happy. We don't take on every project that comes our way - our strength is providing value and results to small businesses, and so if we're not the 'right man for the job', we'll be up front about that. We've also got over 15 years' experience in business management, planning and consultancy, so we like to think that we can offer some broader business insight too. Big businesses have known for years that a website is far and away the most cost-effective sales and communication channel that money can buy. All of the same benefits apply to smaller business and organisations - but the reality is that small business can't generally afford teams of designers, developers and marketeers. What we want to do is open up the benefits of a professional website to small businesses by making it affordable and stress-free. We also want it to deliver results so that it pays for itself many times over.
