The BNG Trading Company was started in 1924 by Gal Loudin and BNG stood for "British New Guinea". The company was sold to Burns Philp & Co in 1930 who owned it until it was bought by the Wallace family company Baradeen Holdings in 1998. PNF (Papua Niugini Freezers) is also a division of BNG Trading and we now offer a full-range of smallgoods, lamb, pork, beef, chicken, seafood and dairy products to our customers in PNG. Wimble & Co, our other affiliated company is a graphic supply company to the printing industry. BNG has offices and warehouse in Port Moresby, Lae and Kokopo with a distribution infrastructure in place with delivery vans and trucks. We employ over 340 staff which includes our senior management team who have wide experience in grocery lines, have vast ingredient knowledge, marketing and brand management skills assisted by strong sales and merchandising teams looking after our wide range of customers all around PNG which includes supermarkets, wholesalers, foodservice, bakeries and outstations.
