After walking into the front door ( the office looks like a Doctor's office) it was clean and very presentable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Dino came out and looked at my Lexus and was very confident that they will make the car look like nothing happened. They helped me thru all the processing of the car and called the rental company and I was treated like a person and not an object. Dino called me and kept me informed on how my repairs were coming along and what to expect. Dino called me and said my car would be ready the next day after they did a complete check of the vehiocle and detailed the car. This was very surprising to me. I went in the next day and my Lexus looked even better than when I bought it.
