Bohae Brewery Co., Ltd. is a Korea-based company specialized in the provision of liquor. The Company operates its business under two segments: liquor and food. Its liquor segment provides distilled liquor under the brand name Maple Soju, plum wine under the brand name MATCH SOON, black raspberry wine under the brand name BOKBUNJAJOO, whiskey under the brand name SCOTIA and fruit wine. The Company exports its liquor to China, Indonesia, Australia, Japan and the United States. Its food segment provides healthcare food and drinks under the brand names MAEWON PRIME, BOKBUNJA and others. During the year ended December 31, 2007, liquor segment accounted for approximately 96% of the Company’s total revenue.
