We are an individual boutique ex-Mckinsey team that focuses on implementation and work in fields we have expertise and experience. (e.g. oil&gas is for us a 10+ year of advisory sector. Our last long-term clients were: OMV, Exxon, SOCAR, KMG, Petrom Romania, Petrolofisi, BASF, SHELL Germany, etc. We guide companies over a long-term (sometimes more than 5-years duration) to achieve their full potential, this can be a transformational period, a merger or acquisition period or as it is right now a period of extrem market conditions due to the crude price. How we do this is to establish a trust relationships with the board and the CEOs and prove that together we can over-achieve their business goals. Mostly we do this by defining the business strategy, work out a long-term road map how to achieve it, set up a functional organisation that can lever the benefits and run the performance office to guide, support and monitor the whole process till completion. Side activities are operational enhancement, business development, financial and budget modelling, organizational restructuring, etc.
