BOYARD brand sections provided the customers with the maximum comfort for testing functional fittings and choosing front products. A new direction of activities was introduced: kitchen fittings. This direction included products in the form of baskets of different type and purpose, dryers, and all accessories that serve the aim of an ideal organization of drawers space and make kitchen furniture ergonomic and the most comfortable. The range of hinges was supplemented by technologically more complex furniture hinge systems with closers. 2011 was the year of achievements, discoveries, and intensive development in all directions of activities: high indicators of sales of almost all positions of front and functional products. That year BOYARD finished to form the full range of hinges with closers and increased their sales by 70%; 25% increase of sales of BOYARD fittings in trade retail networks OBI, Castorama, Leroy Merlin, etc.; expansion of the product range to 1300 items, including the creation of lifting mechanisms line and its supplement by new generation AREO lifting mechanisms designed together with Italian company FGV; opening of the first retail monobrand shop in Yekaterinburg; opening of BOYARD LLC branch in Saint-Petersburg; opening of BOYARD Higher School a long-term free educational project for the Companys partners and customers; development of BOYARD kitchen line and creation of the range of kitchen accessories in the form of mounted systems for railings and bar counters; update of the collection of handles for the highest quality furniture. In 2011 BOYARD presented component parts and fittings on behalf of the Russian fittings sector at INTERZUM-2011 exhibition in Cologne (Germany). 2012 included the update of the product range. BOYARD presented the following: modern models of sliding mechanisms for modern furniture, new original collections of handles, mounted systems for railings and bar counters that are actual for space organization. Due to a balanced range of fittings, a correct commercial offer and mastered distribution policy in 2013 BOYARD maintained a stable sales level showing significant results in certain areas. Sales of kitchen fittings, i.e. meshes and accessories, increased by 42%. One of the reasons of heavy sales in this sector is a timely offer with balanced price and product range. Modern pull-out systems are also one of the sales kings. Demand for SWIMBOX guides and accessories program increased by 38%. Ball bearing slides featured a stable growth of sales: concealed mounting drawers sales grew by 126% last year. More and more manufacturers give their preference to BOYARD furniture hinge systems demand for models with damper increased by 27%. Sales of the Companys furniture handles, in which collections the most current trends in the world interior design fashion are realized, were high as well. The share of decorative fittings in the sale structure of BOYARD was 36%. In accordance with market trends for increasing the importance of retail sector BOYARD demonstrated 30% growth of sales in DIY network.
