BPO Innova uses tools and systems to help on Outsourcing projects, providing control over the entire process: acquisition of licenses, IT infrastructure, deployment, maintenance, support, mobility and training. e work with Apdata do Brasil's Global Antares ERP system to decentralizes operational activities in Human Resource Management, allowing access through any device or place, and easing daily operations such as Payroll, Benefits and Electronic Access Control. We also count on TOTVS's Protheus ERP on other BackOffice projects as an integrated business management system, developed on three cornerstones: Flexibility, Simplicity and Respect for Legacy, integrating information from all company's areas.
