The centre in Andover, Hampshire, was established in 1987 and a sister site, established in Newport, South Wales,has been operating since 2001. Whether you're a large multi-national organisation looking to refurbish your fleet or a 'one-man' operation, your vehicle will receive the same level of care and attention by implementing the standards required by PAS 125, the UKAS-accredited kitemark developed and run by BSI and the Motor Insurance Repair Research Centre (Thatcham), not only in our Car Repair Division where PAS 125 expressly applies but also in the way we manage commercial vehicle refurbishment and repair by investing in the very latest technology and equipment by using highly qualified technicians and continually investing in their training through Key Performance Indicators and other business performance and monitoring processes aimed at increasing productivity while at the same time keeping down costs. Your commercial vehicle will have access to the latest technology including: 'Delphi' diagnostics (Delphi are diagnostic and repair equipment specialists) glass removal and replacement 'Miracle' panel repair systems (Miracle is recognised as the standard technology for panel repair and offer a complete solution for high quality panel repairs on steel, high-strength steel and aluminium car bodies) heat inductor systems plastic repair kits lens repair kits. Our facilities also include a 'Josam' cab and chassis alignment jig, commercial-sized shot-blast bay, a state-of-the-art wheel alignment facility and spray booths which accommodate the largest commercial vehicles and trailers. BP Rolls commitment to commercial vehicle repair and refurbishment quality is recognised by a large number of trailer manufacturers including Gray& Adams, Schmitz, SDC, Laurence David, Cartwright, Chereau, Montracon, Solomon and most recently WAS box body conversion.
