Our custom built pricing module allows us to provide instant pricing for even the most complicated of configurable items. Behind the curtains, we have some pretty neat bits of functionality which handle communications with our suppliers automatically thus reducing human errors and speeding up processing times. The customer dashboard allows you to see all your orders in one place and the status of each of those orders. You can view approve or decline artwork proofs and add order comments should you wish even after check out. Whilst it's not there just yet, you will soon be able to see live estimated delivery dates for your orders in the dashboard as well. We've got a lot stored up our sleeves for phase 2 and 3 which will roll out in the next 6 months or so, we can't tell you much about that just yet but it will allow us to simultaneously increase our product offerings whilst providing some extremely handy pieces of front-end functionality.
