At Brandon Barber Coaching, we work with leaders and their teams to improve key elements of performance. Our coaching process provides fast-action tools that help team members increase productivity, communicate more effectively, strengthen accountability, and create greater peace and joy in their lives. Our process begins with our rapid, online assessment. This scientific instrument uncovers internal processes that impede optimal performance on an individual and team level. Using key data points, we devise a development strategy to address areas that may need improvement as well as identify strategic assets to cultivate and strengthen. Companies that work with us achieve better communication, improved teamwork, and increased focus on priorities-resulting in greater work satisfaction and higher profitability. Q: How does your program work? A: Our coaching process includes a comprehensive evaluation followed by weekly or bi-weekly coaching meetings for several months. Participants live the changes and get feedback and support as they experience their full transformation. Your team's success improves as each team member improves. We employ a two part process to ensure the maximum efficacy of our program. Stage 1 involves evaluation and measurement of current needs and stage two is our proprietary coaching program. Measurement: Our evaluation process begins with each individual completing our Hartman Value Assessment. This assessment is based on the objective and formal science of axiological mathematics as developed at the Hartman Institute, University of Tennessee, and perfected by The Brandon Barber Coaching Group. This scientifically validated instrument measures how a person thinks. The subsequent output report provides detailed information regarding strengths and risks.
