The driving force behind this excellent customer service is Managing Director Paul Brayley. Born and raised in Hampstead, a young Paul would observe his father working on his car. This inspired Paul to take a Motor Vehicle Apprenticeship in 1978. • Beginning as a technician, Paul worked his way up the ranks, through Sales and Branch Manager positions. • In 1988 he took on responsibility for three Citroen Showrooms in London. • From 1994 Paul took on Sales Manager then Regional Manager roles Davenport Vernon Volvo. • 1999 saw Paul become the Divisional Director of a new group, Johnson's Cars. • 2003 arrived and Paul took on the Honda dealership in St Albans, starting up Brayley's cars. Paul's automotive experience of over 30 years has led him to embrace the ideal of good, old-fashioned customer service. Great customer service is the core of the Brayley's company ethos.
