Courts Operations

The office of the Brevard County Clerk of Courts is located in Titusville, Florida. It is a complex organization that performs a wide range of record keeping, information management, and financial management for the judicial system and county government. Pursuant to provisions of the Florida Constitutions, which have governed the people for over 150 years, the role of the Clerk of Courts has been established in three main areas: Clerk of the Court and County Courts, Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners, and the County Recorder.
