Hand in Hand is implementing an Integrated Community Development Project for poverty reduction with five interconnected and interdependent sectors: SHG CLEP Citizens' Centre Enterprises Health Environment Hand in Hand India's work has expanded to 36 districts across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi and Puducherry. The NGO also has plans to expand to North and North East India. Our model has been replicated in Afghanistan, South Africa, Kenya, Brazil and Guatemala.
