BroadReach Consulting is a wholly owned Australian company providing vendor independent expertise in business and IT architecture and planning, turning strategy into actionable change. In 2009 directors of BroadReach Consulting recognised the need for an organisation to build an expertise focused entirely on enterprise architecture and planning services and established BroadReach Consulting as a practise dedicated to providing high quality architecture and planning capabilities aligned to industry standard best practise frameworks (TOGAF, ITIL and Prince2). The majority of BroadReach resources hold certifications in one or more of these best practise frameworks. The principals of BroadReach understand that the majority of architects and strategic business leaders in the market operate as independent consultants. BroadReach offers these consultants an opportunity to work within the BroadReach consulting business framework with other highly motivated and competent resources to bring to the market a capability and excellence built on countless years of experience in practical and actionable Architecture and Planning for business and IT transformation. This has been achieved through working closely with a number of independent consultants that want to work in a specialist company without having to become an employee. BroadReach is happy to work with this model, as it has low overheads and enables quality resources at competitive rates.
