Top Club

Broken Top Club is a non-equity private golf club that is being converted to a member-owned equity club. Pursuant to a Convertible Equity Membership program, existing and new members will acquire title to the club facilities at the time there are 300 active Convertible Equity Golf Members. The current owners, Broken Top Partners, LLC, continue to manage the Club with the participation of the members. Broken Top Partners also is responsible for the Club's operating performance. Under the Convertible Equity Membership program, each Convertible Equity Member purchases both a club membership interest and a right to convert to an equity member of the Club at the turnover date (when there are 300 active Convertible Equity Golf Members). The club continues to have non-equity members, however no new non-equity permanent memberships will be sold.
