We also provide skill-based training for the staff of residential care facilities for the elderly(RCFE) on various resident care focused topics, including the understanding of state regulations. The support we provide goes beyond education. We believe in staying involved during the placement process. During the tour, BTSS placement consultants support the family by answering questions and helping staff members understand the needs of the family. During the move-in process, we work with the resident and his/her family to ensure things go as smooth as possible.
