Builders Guild Inc is a "Full Service" General Contractor and was founded in 1980. Since that time we have successfully completed projects exceeding four hundred million dollars throughout Arizona. Throughout our history, Builders Guild Inc has been very active in Construction Manager at Risk, Design Build, Job Order Contracting, and the Negotiated Bid Market. This enables us to attract a diverse group of "Strategic Partner" subcontractors and suppliers for all of our projects. These partnerships enable us to stay current on all aspects of construction pricing, subcontractor performance and financial capabilities, which can fluctuate with a volatile market. The combined experiences and longevity of our office, field staff and design professionals, coupled with effective quality control and the enforcement of stringent safety procedures, allow us to maintain a very competitive edge. Management's active role in projects, coupled with cutting edge communication methods utilized by the entire Project Team, has makes the construction process enjoyable and successful for clients. This is borne out by our repeat client base and over eighty percent of our current work is, in fact, with repeat clients.
