At Bulldog Interactive Fitness we offer a variety of team sports, such as floor hockey, basketball, soccer, volleyball and several other fun, non-competitive team sports and activities. Our team training programs are developed by Chris Tremblay, strength and conditioning trainer for the Halifax Mooseheads. Whatever the sport, we can develop a specific program that will give your team the winning edge. Bulldog Interactive Fitness offers several different classes such as yoga, pilates, aerobics, cheerleading, cooking classes (where available), any many more! Classes are different at each location and we are always adding unique activities so that kids have an opportunity to find out what they have a passion for.
