Brown Webb Richardson Ltd was formed in 2002 by the merger of two remarkably longstanding Hawke's Bay Chartered Accountancy firms. This combined the two very like cultures of Richardson Epplett and Partners (originally formed as McCulloch Butler and Spence in 1907) and Brown Webb Limited (originally formed as R D Brown and Co in 1921).
