Byers Industries Inc aims to provide high quality, low cost solutions for your business's plastic part needs. We are equipped with some of the newest machinery available to the industry which allows us to get the parts our customers need quickly without sacrificing quality. This has been our goal since our company was founded over 30 years ago. Our capabilities in creating the tools for your plastic pieces are nearly limitless. We use the latest 3D solids design software including SolidWorks and Unigraphics NX. Once 3D design models are finalized and approved by the customer, the tool is created in your choice of material using our CNC Mills, CNC EDMs and more. We work with pre-hardened Aluminum as well as hardened Steel to create customer's tools. Turnaround time for us is always a priority, we want to get the tool into your hands as fast as we can. Depending on the complexity of the tool, we can have it ready in less than a week. Our section on mold design provides tips on how to cut down the tool's creation time if getting the part created extremely quickly is a concern. When your tool is finished, we are also equipped to take your piece into production. We are willing to worth with any length of run from short to long as well as varying scales of production. We work with both Engineering and Commodity Resins ranging from glass filled nylon to peak and even work with resins as soft as shore 13A. We are equipped with molding machines ranging from 60 tons to 680 tons which deliver shot sizes from 1 oz up to 124 oz. We also have the skill and capacity to do over molding. Computer controlled injection cycles are used to constantly monitor temperature and pressure allow us to provide a consistent, quality product spanning from run to run.
