We presently distribute nation-wide products that we produce as well as those aforementioned brands. DICSA has two sales and marketing branches that distribute different groups of products. One of these two branches focuses on placing our own products while the other places the products from the commercial line. These sales and marketing branches consist of over 100 sales associates, assistants, placers and supervisors that work in different departments and take care of different channels of distribution in the country, such as: Regular, Small and Detail Markets, Auto Services, Institutions and Small Businesses. Furthermore, DICSA has a Logistics Department that brings the necessary support to the sales branches. This Department consists of the Orders, Import, Collection, Warehouse, Transportation and Costumer Services Areas. The personnel of those areas work in continuous shifts that allow the company to process and deliver our clients' orders in a fast and efficient manner. The Costumer Services Department collects, takes care and gives responses to the different suggestions and complaints of our clients. At the same time it proactively identifies improvement opportunities in the service provided to our suppliers and clients.
