Caimito Beach Hotel

Caimito Beach Hotel is the newest luxury Hotel in Maasin, Southern Leyte. It is situated 6km from the centre of Maasin City on the highway going towards Padre Burgos. We are a family owned and managed hotel. The hotel consists of nine luxury rooms, eight of which enjoy unobstructed ocean and pool views. Opened in June 2013, the meticulous attention to detail, and the quality of materials will be obvious to any discerning guest. All family rooms, double rooms, and twin rooms have either a private balcony or patio overlooking the infinity pool and ocean. These rooms include mini bar, room safe, complimentary tea/coffee making, Digital Hi Def TV and DVD. The luxury bathrooms include large bath tubs and complimentary toiletries. Our 13" sprung mattresses are of hotel quality and are pillow top design. Cots are available in rooms for small children. As a 'residents only' hotel, guests can be assured of a pleasant and serene stay, free from noisy karaoke and overcrowded pool areas. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and throughout our grounds. Our restaurant is cantilevered over our private beach, and is covered with kogon thatch. Guests can enjoy beautiful sunsets over the ocean while enjoying local or international cuisine. The pool area consists of an 11.5 metre infinity pool, separate kiddies pool, and a large jacuzzi. Guests can also relax poolside on our 'Rausch' designer sunbeds with a cocktails of their choice. Our private beach is pristine with good swimming during high to medium tide. Guests can also rent our professional SOT kayaks which are either single or tandem and includes PSD for each person. Snorkelling equipment is also available to rent. Nearby attractions besides the obvious whale shark watching and diving, include Cagnituan subterranean river, caves, and lagoon. We are 20 minutes from Padre Burgos, where boats are readily available for trips to Limasawa Island, or whale shark watching.
