CA Immo is one of the leading central European property companies, and is listed on the ATX Leading Index of the Vienna Stock Exchange. Its core business lies in the rental and development of commercial property, primarily focusing on the office segment. The company, founded in 1987, has property assets of around €3.8 billion in Germany, Austria and Eastern Europe.
