Callan Method Organisation

The Callan Method was developed in Italy in 1960 by Robin Callan, as a way to combat the inefficient and boring methods used at the time. It is a fun and fast way to learn English as a foreign language, and is successfully used by many schools all over the world. The Callan Method Organisation (CMO) is the company that helps develop and promote the Callan Method throughout the world. Based mainly in Grantchester, Cambridge, CMO publishes the Callan Method books and helps schools teach with them. The Callan School London is the only school owned by Mr Callan, and directly linked with CMO. It is the largest private EFL language school in London, and has an average of 1600 students passing through its doors each day, rising to 2000 in summer. It employs between 60-100 teachers, depending on the time of year.
