Callaway & Price, Inc. was founded in 1972 by Robert J. Callaway and Joe R. Price. The current partners in the firm are Michael R. Slade, Harry D. Gray, Daniel P. Hrabko, Stephen D. Shaw and Curtis L. Phillips. Our market experience includes assignments throughout Florida, in 27 other states, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and the Bahamas. Clients include some of the largest public and private entities in the United States, financial institutions, attorneys, insurance companies, major oil companies, government agencies, corporations, accounting firms, real estate developers, and mortgage companies. We have 19 state-certified general appraisers, 6 of which are designated MAIs, 3 assistant appraisers, 2 state-certified residential appraisers, and 9 support staff.
