CALOFIC is a Company on the move. Our growth over the last 5 years has been the result of a lot of hard work and skill on the part of all our staff. To enable CALOFIC staff to be able to do their job in a way that keeps us competitive, the Company has invested in an internal Training Department. Using the most up to date information and techniques, our training department is able to maintain a level of staff skill that will allow this organisation to continue the growth we have experienced in recent years. CALOFIC Training focuses on the skills used by staff in their professional function. The Training Department has a series of high level courses aimed at developing the professional competencies of all staff. From the Receptionist to the General Director, staff receives training appropriate to the needs of their job.
