Calpac Traders Limited is a Maltese registered company which has been actively trading in the Maritime Industry over the past thirty years. We act as ship agents, ship brokers and also register vessels under the Maltese flag. Over the years we have accumulated an impressive portfolio including some of the most important international shipping companies ranging from small ships to large crude carrier vessels. Calpac Traders Ltd cooperates with other companies within the Calleja Group of companies to offers its clients a comprehensive service. The work undertaken reflects the training, experience and dedication of our staff and management. In recent years the management team has been further groomed, trained and extended to meet the greater demands made on the company by its principals, and to be well equipped to capitalize on the company's expansion. Calpac's internal staff are backed by international consultants worldwide. Our Shipping Agency activities include liaison between the Ship Owner's offices and the Ship Master and officers on board, coordinating activities in relation to visits to Malta or its territorial waters. We have excellent contacts with the Malta Maritime Authority, the Malta Drydocks, Customs, Tug Boats and other support organizations enabling us to provide our clients with a prompt and competitive service. Calpac also operates its own Supplies Division within the group. We can supply a full range of items and products to vessels at Malta. The range of products includes engine spare parts, chandlery, deck items and food supplies. Calpac have been agents in Malta for Unitor Ship Service of Norway since 1974. Unitor is one of the world's leading suppliers of all types of gases, refrigeration, fire, rescue and safety equipment, marine chemicals and other marine related equipment.
