Weekly "Tool Box Talks" are given to refresh and reinforce the more comprehensive traing that is given to all employees on a monthly basis. Our safety manual kept by the foreman on every jobsite provides our workers and general contractors with written safety and health information, including Can-Am safety policies and procedures, chemical lists, and Material Data Safety Sheets. Regular safety inspections of jobsites are performed by our insurance company. In addition, we provide all our employees with the best and most safe equipment including ladders, scaffolding, hard hats, safety glasses, and other personal protective equipment.
