Over the past several years, we have assisted in rescuing homeless animals, including fostering, financial assistance to feed, immunize, spade and assist in finding forever homes for poor helpless animals. Although this is a good cause, we have been made aware of another opportunity whereby we are in a position to help the communities we serve. In 2015, we will collect and store items donated by clients, agents, friends as well as the general public, for a large yard sale, to be held at our Port Hawkesbury location in late summer or fall. All procedes will be donated to the Strait Richmond Hospital for the purpose of purchasing new equipment. Our intention is to continue this fundraiser in years to come, donating the proceeds to various hospitals that serve our rural communities, depending on their needs. Cape Breton Realty provides assistance throughout your real estate tranactions including purchasing, selling, leasing, financing, and refinancing. Part of our mission this year is to extend our services to include more referrals to professionals required throughout tranactions including accomodations, translations, legal services, engineers, property inspectors, appraisors, immigration specialists, business consultanting, accountants, contractors and more. Finally Cape Breton Realty is striving to serve clients, both buyers and sellers, not only from Nova Scotia, but throughout Canada, USA, Europe, China, and throughout the world. We have created working relationships with Real Estate companies in Australia, USA, Germany and throughout Canada. We will continue to expand our network of affiliates to better service our client in this global market throughout 2015, making it easier to purchase real estate in our market area from all locations around the world.
