CAPFUNDR is an integrated real estate crowdfunding and investment company. In preparation for our platform launch, we are growing our team in NYC. CAPFUNDR was founded by real estate investment and finance veterans with Wall Street experience and Main Street expertise. As a real estate investment company that invests as a principal, first and foremost, we seek to hire candidates with professional backgrounds and experience in commercial real estate investment with private equity funds, opportunity funds, investment banks, hedge funds and investment advisors, as well as with CMBS conduit, bank and non-bank lenders (originations and underwriting). If you don't fall in those categories but have CRE transactions experience (e.g., investment sales, CRE capital markets, etc.) we'd like to hear from you, too.
