It is a one stop health care services company that provides residential and day program services to persons with disabilities. This agency serves adults of any age. Our services are safe, secure, and of the highest quality. In the District of Columbia we provide residential services to individuals with disabilities within the framework of the Human Care Agreement. We are Medicaid certified and our pricing structures are competitive. Residents are billed only for the services they need and receive. Capital Care coordinates numerous aspects of our residents' care and offers a full range of healthcare services. We have a large network of medical professionals and compassionate support staff who work with the residents to ensure a fulfillment of their potentials.
