Headquartered in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, we serve a wide range of customers throughout the state and into Mississippi. Led by a senior management team who has dedicated their lives to the produce industry, we offer a workforce of more than 175 experienced and well-trained professionals who are dedicated to meeting the unique needs of each customer, every day. At Capitol City Produce we take pride in being industry leaders in innovative technology and safe food practices. This includes a state-of-the-art temperature-monitored facility, more than 50 refrigerated trucks and 16 refrigerated docks - all of which are utilized to ensure that we maintain the proper temperature on all products and never break the cold chain. In addition, we have multiple programs and procedures in place to ensure product quality and safety.
