CARALIS CONSULTING is a firm specializing in the agency of commercial real estate and investment properties on Polish territory as well as in consulting services related to it. We also develop cooperation with business partners in other European countries and offer services to both Polish entities planning to purchase real estate abroad and foreign companies investing in Poland. The second, parallel area of our activities are services regarding domestic and international commercial intermediary services, B2B brokerage (matching parties to commercial contracts and investment projects, finding clients, suppliers or markets) and business consulting related to them. We cooperate with investors, producers, trading companies as well as service supplying firms. Our goal is to assure clients maximum transaction security and the highest possible profitability of business ventures and investment projects. We provide services to both Polish and foreign companies. In Poland, in the sector of real estate services, we cooperate with trustworthy business partners -professionals in their respective fields, which gives us rapid access to information, vast base of offers and potential sources of financing. It also allows us to offer together (on request) complex services (administrative, legal, tax accounting or executing) in the planned or being realized investment process. CARALIS CONSULTING is a member of a regional association of realtors (BCK-SPON), Polish Real Estate Federation (PFRN) and operates in accordance with its high standards and with the standards of the European Council of Real Estate Professions (CEPI). We are a licensed PFRN realtor. All the time we keep on developing professionally and we improve our skills by participating in specialized training regarding the real estate market.
