Care Cymru

We have specialist support teams to work with people with dementia and other complex conditions that affect the way you live your life. Each branch is registered with CSSIW and all and all managers are registered with the Care Council for Wales. Care Cymru provides a 24 hour a day service, 365 days of the year to meet your personal care needs. The care teams are well trained in line with welsh legislation, many with extensive experience as carers supporting people to live their own lives in the community.
