We employ around 200 members of staff, who cover a variety of roles including nurse managers, supervisors and team leaders, senior carers, key workers and home care assessors, support workers, carers and care assistants, as well as trainees and trainers. When out working with clients, all of our team members have around the clock access to support staff who operate via a dedicated on-call team, all year round. We also provide all of our care workers with a call monitoring system to ensure safe lone working. We strongly believe in the continuity of care for clients and recognise the importance in our carers forming strong working relationships with clients. Each and every client is allocateda dedicated key worker, who reports directly to the care manager. As an expanding care and training company, we always try to recruit from within the company first. Members of staff who started their careers with Care in Hand at carer level have gone on to become key workers, supervisors, mentors, and form part of our management team.
