Carolina Pavement Markings

We are a premier provider of pavement markings, to include: paint, epoxy and thermoplastic applications, single component hybridized polymer, and the application of raised pavement markers. In 2009, CPM earned our Certificate of Eligibilty in the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program in the State of SC. Subsequently, we went on to obtain the same certification in NC. Together, Kimberly and Brad Courtney, along with their management team, are responsible for the day-to-day operations for CPM. CPM is a qualified DBE (Disadvantaged Business Entity - Female Owned) with both the South and North Carolina Departments of Transportation. Two Locations in SC
