Cartel was founded in 2011 by partners Stan Spry and Jeff Holland. Cartel has grown into a full service Management & Production company representing top tier writers, directors, producers, and production companies, that also finances and produces television series, new media, and feature films. Cartel also owns and operates Cartel Studios in Los Angeles, CA.
