We provide a wide range of construction and property valuation/appraisal services to suit the local market. The company until recently operated with one fully Chartered Surveyor; Russell Alwell the Owner who has worked with the company since March 1996. We currently have one Assistant Surveyor, Tamara Hall who has been with the company since May 2004. Working with local and overseas clients we offer initial development advice and assistance with the construction process. The company has established good working relationships with owners, contractors and their professional advisers. The company has undertaken work on all the inhabited and many of the uninhabited islands of the Turks & Caicos Islands and is familiar with the local geography. We have experience of many of the local construction practices used and their inherent risks to the integrity of properties. Our knowledge accumulated over the years and the ability to draw on the local resources available has been vital in arriving at reliable cost effective solutions to various construction projects. We offer a flexible scope of services and are able to provide services not covered by other design consultants regarding cost management and financial control of projects. We have undertaken various valuations for commercial lenders and private clients of commercial properties ranging from US$ 10 million to over 200 million. We are also able to draw on additional resources and support from associations with larger international consultancies in the property profession. These include CBRE, MDA International, Arup and the WSP Group all large international companies with offices in the United States and the Caribbean.
