Castle Energy offers financing options to its clients, and is therefore always interested in partnering with investors. One of our finance options includes a Power Purchase Agreements (PPA&s;). This option allows for an investor to own the system and our client to serve as a host to the system. The investor benefits by utilizing the current incentives in place, benefiting from the bonus depreciation and earns revenue from providing energy to the host. We offer various investment terms, and IRR&s;s are very strong, ranging between 12 22% depending on structure. Currently incentives for 2015 include a 30% federal investment credit and 50% bonus depreciation. The SREC market serves as an additional source of revenue to the owner. Castle Energy maintains a thorough process for evaluating all host credit, as well as locking in solar renewable energy credits (SRECs) via long-term contracts with various brokers.
