Casual Water is a Full Service Construction and Maintenance group established in May 1994. We are organized into a construction company and two service and maintenance companies, where you will always have the opportunity to deal with an owner. We are a fully integrated pool and spa construction company. All the construction disciplines are under our ownership: Excavation, Forming, Gunite, Plumbing and System Installation, Masonary, Pool Finishing and Safety Cover Installation. This allows us first hand control over the quality and scheduling of your project. We have constructed over 500 pools including some of the largest, most aesthetically rewarding, and most challenging from an engineering perspective. The Casual Water service and maintenance companies are currently managing over 600 pools and spas for clients, with varied water filtration systems, sanitizing processes ranging from traditional chlorine to state of the art chlorine-free installations, and heating support from gas-fired to solar. Our technicians are industry-certified and are provided with a minimum of 20 hours of product, troubleshooting, and process training each year. The experience of our key managers and their stability in the industry (56 years collectively) have been critical success factors for us.
