We are a non-profit organization based in Swaziland with 25+ years of combined experience delivering business solutions to lifting people of Swaziland out of poverty. Catalyze's management team and staff previously led TechnoServeSwaziland (operated from 2006 - 2018), working with the Swaziland government, international development organizations, corporations, and local businesses to deliver programs across every major sector in Swaziland. As we continue on our journey as Catalyze, we are excited to embark on this next chapter as a local nonprofit with the same goals to design sustainable business solutions to enable the Swazi nation to realize its full potential.
