Capacity Building Service Group (CBSG) is a specialized capacity building organization with interest in Organizational Development, Training and Research. Born in 2002, it has experienced significant growth in the last few years. It has been doing consultancies with NGOs, Government Agencies, UN Organizations and development partners in a range of capacity building assignments. Our consultancy work ranges from short-term output based activity to complex, multiple and long-term capacity building activities. CBSG is endowed with a multi-disciplinary professional team who are complemented by a network of external experts.
