The Coach Development Institute of Africa (CDI-Africa) is leading in advancing the coaching profession and supporting organizations develop in-house coaching and mentoring capacity in the region. Prior to 2012, the company traded as Intellect Consulting Ltd since 2006. We are member s of the Center for Executive Coaching, Professional Association of Résumé Writers and Career Coaches (both based in the USA) and the International Coach Federation (ICF), the global regulator of the coaching industry. All our coaches and associates hold various international coaching credentials and are member sod good standing with ICF global and ICF- Kenya chapter.
