Celerity Networks
Celerity Networks is a Slane Telcom Company. Slane Telcom was established in 1995 to successfully build and/or modify 240 communication sites including radio towers for the Ohio Multi-Agency Communications System. This $350 million contract procured by Ohio, was the largest one of its kind. Slane Telcom partnered with MOTOROLA and TRW. Upon completion of this project, which spanned several years, Motorola continued its interest in Slane Telcom by adding us to the Motorola Authorized Broadband Dealer family. This lead to Slane Telcom's interest and entry into the Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP) environment. Currently, Slane Telcom has three WISP operations providing high speed Internet in two States: Montana and Ohio, which serve over 4,000 customers.
