Cellomat

Cellomat was founded in 2011 to solve a problem. Mobile phone companies faced skyrocketing service costs while customers were becoming increasingly frustrated with long, slow lines in service centers. There had to be a better, more cost effective way to provide sales and service. Cellomat assembled a team with experience in hardware and software design, customer experience, product development, and product management. They created the first Cellomat prototypes in 2012. It was the world's first automated 24/7 cell phone sales and service point. By 2013, the next Cellomat model was released and was placed in two service centers and shopping mall. Not only did it cut the average time for accepting a broken phone and issuing a replacement to less than 4 minutes, it dramatically reduced lines at the service center. In 2015, Cellebrite made a strategic investment in the company and is the primary distributor for SPs worldwide. SUN corporation is the Cellomat distributor in Japan. Cellomat is manufactured in Israel. All software is developed at the company's headquarters in Netanya, Israel.
