CEM has always played an active role in the nourishment of local talents. Since 1991, the company has established several cooperation agreements with local educational institutions. Every year, CEM grants a number of scholarships to the best students in different educational institutions. Summer Training Programs are organized annually to provide university and secondary school students the opportunities to be attached to different departments of CEM to put into practice what they have learned and to enhance their work experience. In terms of training programs, CEM has designed the "Newly Graduate Training Program" and "Junior Management Training Program" to offer internship and job opportunities to the fresh university graduates, and in cooperation with Kung Luen Vocational & Technical Middle School in organizing the "Electrical Power System Technical Operator Course", providing a technical professional learning platform for the young people.
