Center of Balance

Center of Balance has been a leading Pilates teacher training center since 2001, with full mat and equipment certification courses taught by Tom McCook formerly for PhysicalMind Institute, and currently for Balanced Body University. The Center of Balance & Balanced Body University Program offers c ourses that are modular and progressive, allowing students to build on their education and training. All courses are taught by Tom McCook at Center of Balance.
