Ceric, Inc., located in Littleton, Colorado is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ceric S.A., headquartered in Paris, France. Ceric S.A. was incorporated in 1961 and over the ensuing years has developed a strong international reputation with interests in clay building products, technical ceramics and glass, computer-aided automatic handling, raw materials processing, industrial data processing and concrete products. Ceric, Inc. commenced operations in the North America in 1987 and until recently has been primarily involved in the Clay Products Industry. Over the past several years, however, Ceric, Inc. has successfully expanded its business focus to include the Concrete Products Industry and Technical Ceramics. Ceric S.A. and Ceric, Inc. specialize, first and foremost, in the design, engineering and construction of complete factories for clay products, concrete products and technical ceramics. These activities cover the entire globe and collectively, include several thousand installations ranging from a single piece of equipment to turnkey facilities. Ceric S. A. employs approximately 2000 people worldwide and has continued to grow through the strategic acquisition of key companies in their field of interest. Ceric Inc. has grown rapidly since it's founding in 1987 and currently employs over 30 engineers of various disciplines and a team of support individuals. With this strong core of design and engineering personnel, Ceric Inc. has the capabilities to manage large turnkey projects incorporating sales, engineering, project management, site supervision, plant commissioning and after sales service. The superior strength of Ceric Inc. as a design-build company has been derived from its well developed vertical integration that allows greater control of the overall construction process. A major element of the vertical integration is the incorporation of major pieces of technologically advanced equipment specifically designed to operate as a unit. Using this approach, the completed facility is more efficient and easier to operate and maintain. By packaging the entire project from conception to commissioning, the customer is relieved of the burden of dealing with a myriad of contractors and suppliers, each with a different agenda.
