César Castillo, Inc. (CC, Inc.) established in 1942, Castillo Logistics Services, Inc. (CLS, Inc.) and Droguería Castillo (División of César Castillo Inc.), privately owned, has been doing business in Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and part of the Caribbean for several Pharmaceutical, OTC and Consumer Products Companies. The company offers a variety of services such as exclusive distribution (Exhibit I), wholesale division and contract (warehousing and logistics) services (Exhibit II). Corporate headquarters, including offices and warehouse facilities, are located in San Juan. Hato Rey Distribution Center is nearly 60,000 square feet it is totally air-conditioned for Rx products and includes DEA approved vault for controlled products, coolers and freezers.
