Ceteris (Scotland) Limited is a business formed to support businesses in Clackmannanshire and the surrounding regions. We have built our office and industrial portfolio up over the years, in response to (and sometimes in advance of) demand, and have developed business support services to promote economic development in the Clackmannanshire area. Our quality of accommodation and service, along with our central location makes our properties some of the most sought after in the region. We aim to please: We take great pride in the fact that tenants never leave because of poor service, in fact we have an extremely low turnover of tenants and a very healthy number of tenants approach us regularly looking to expand. We also respond as promptly to issues from existing tenants as we do to new property enquiries. We aim to be flexible: If you are looking for larger, differently laid out, or even smaller space, we will do our best to accommodate. We aim to be professional: Your calls are always answered, even out of normal office hours. Requests for maintenance are dealt with promptly, property enquiries are responded to immediately, and viewings are flexible and can be arranged out of hours. We aim to provide a full service: We take care of your meeting room requirements, provide refreshments and catering, handle your telephone calls, provide administration support services and if all you want is a virtual address or a shared office, we have the facilities to provide this as well. We aim to support Business Start Up and Growth: Our Business Support Team provides a full Business Gateway Service and more. We offer free training and support provided through Business Gateway for Start Ups and Existing businesses and we work with growth businesses to bring in expert help and funding for project support for eligible businesses. We also provide subsidised training on business topics, from IT, Social Media and E Commerce to management skills to help business growth. We also understand that all companies are different and sometimes a tailored response to training issues is required, therefore we work with organisations to provide bespoke training where we adapt courses to your individual needs and skill levels. We aim to support E-Commerce Development in Local Companies: our fully equipped IT Suite is also available for hire, providing you with everything you need to upskill your existing staff and we can provide a variety of expert trainers if required.
